About Kiriaki Pavlidou

Kyriaki (Kelly) graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2006. During the period 2006-2007, she was trained in the Surgical Clinic of Companion Animals of School of Veterinary Medicine and in 2007 - 2008, she trained in the Anesthesiology & Intensive Care Unit.

During the period 2009-2013 she was a PhD student in the Anesthesiology & Intensive Care Unit. Her doctoral thesis entitled Clinical study of trans-diaphragmatic pressure during general anesthesia in the dogs was funded by the Program Heraklitos II.

Since 2016, she participates in the daily clinical work in the Anesthesiology Unit as an academic fellow, at the same time she has completed her Postdoctoral Thesis as a fellow of the National Scholarship Foundation. Since January 2019, she is a Co-Editor in the scientific journal Hellenic Journal of Companion Animal Medicine of the Hellenic Companion Animal Veterinary Society.
